The Discipline Driver is not a workout plan—it's the structure you need to actually execute the plan you already have. Over 12 powerful weeks, we serve as your anchor, ensuring you show up for yourself, week after week, until consistency becomes your default setting.
How It Works:
Submit Your Plan: Share your current fitness program (whether it's strength training, running, or a mobility routine) and your specific 12-week goals.
Twice-Weekly Check-Ins: We proactively reach out to you two times every week. We don't just ask if you worked out; we review your scheduled activity vs. your actual completion, identify roadblocks, and adjust your commitment for the days ahead.
Focus on Execution: We are here to keep the promises you make to yourself. We track your adherence, provide essential resources on habit formation, and give you the necessary motivational "push" to stay on track.

This isn't another generic meal plan. We start with where you are, not where some app thinks you should be. Over 60 days, we'll work together to transform your current eating habits into a personalized menu of 15 core recipes—enough to cover about 75% of your meals. This approach leaves plenty of room for spontaneity, eating out with friends, and enjoying the foods you love.
How It Works:
The Starting Point: You'll spend 7 days journaling what you actually eat. This gives us a clear picture of your real-world habits and favorite foods. No judgment, just data.
The Co-Creation: We'll dive into your journal and, together, find healthy and delicious substitutions for the foods you already love. The goal is to create a menu that feels familiar, but with ingredients that nourish your body.
The Master Plan: You'll receive a beautiful, custom recipe book with your 15 personalized recipes. We'll also build a grocery list and meal prep strategy that fits into your life, not the other way around. Our plan is simple: two grocery trips a week and a single batch-cooking session to set you up for success.
