FAQs
The Coaching Philosophy
What is "Progressive Overload" and why is it the core of the program? Progressive overload is the systematic increase of stress placed upon the body during exercise. By strategically increasing weight, frequency, or intensity, we ensure that every client avoids plateaus and achieves measurable growth. We apply the same results-oriented mindset to fitness that our leadership has used to double business revenue in the corporate sector.
Do I need to be an elite athlete to join? Not at all. While our foundation is built on the discipline of team sports, our mission is personal development for everyone. We specialize in translating high-level athletic principles into accessible guidance for high-performing professionals.
What is the Pericles Physique coaching style? We view our clients as strategic partners. Our style is high-energy, motivational, and rooted in clear communication.
Investment & Commitment
How is my progress tracked? We utilize a data-driven approach to your fitness. Just as we have directed sales strategies and managed complex business opportunities, we track your lifting volume and performance metrics to ensure a high "return on investment" for your time in the gym.
Where do in-person sessions take place? Our team currently operates out of premier facilities in Los Angeles, or we can come to you. We also provide ongoing fitness support through various outreach and remote methods.
Safety & Standards
What certifications do your coaches hold? All Pericles Physique coaches are required to maintain industry-leading certifications, such as the NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential. This ensures that your programming is backed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine's scientific standards.
How do you handle safety and emergencies? Safety is our non-negotiable priority. Every coach on our team must hold a current CPR & AED Certification from the American Safety Training Institute.
